2.2 Bulk Orders: Our services are intended for individual consumers. Any orders identified as bulk purchases for resale purposes may be subject to cancellation.
3.1 Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not compensate for these costs.

Similarly, orders placed online must be returned or exchanged through our online platform. Physical stores will not handle online order returns or exchanges.
3.3 Processing Time: We require 10-15 business days to process return or exchange claims. Please note that swatched, broken, or unsealed items are not eligible for return or exchange.
4.1 Refusal Policy: We reserve the right to refuse any order if there is a history of refused Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. In most cases, if a customer has refused COD orders twice in the past, we will not accept new orders from them.

6.1 Damages During Transit: We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, some cosmetic items are delicate, and damage during shipping can occur. If your items arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. While we do not offer returns or exchanges for damaged items, we will provide a discount coupon based on the extent of the damage.
